TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENERAL WARRANTY

La Moderno ensures that this product is clear from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service. Our commitment under this warranty is limited to providing FREE OF CHARGE parts, and labor to replace or
repair affected parts that are defective because of a failure in material or workmanship. This warranty is valid within
(6) months from the original date of purchase with 7 days replacement if the product is not working. Physical
damages are not accepted Charges will be made on service calls, repairs, and any replacement of parts after this
period.
This warranty does not cover damages or losses arising from normal wear and tear, improper use or unit, faulty
electrical circuity, operating the unit outside the voltage range, tampering or unauthorized repair of the unit, faulty or
unauthorized installation, and/or force majeure such as floods, typhoons, fires or earthquakes.
This warranty does not extend to filters, hoses, safety covers, shelves, bins, trays, light bulbs and associated
accessories.
