We offer a 7-day return period, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Tags, accessories, and documentation must be included

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

We may request photos or videos of the product to help evaluate the concern.

Pre-Order Policy

Some products offered by La Moderno are customized or specially manufactured, which require longer preparation and shipping times.

For these products:

• Estimated shipping preparation: 55–65 days

• Reservation requirement: 50% down payment

• Remaining balance: 50% upon product arrival

Pre-order items are processed only after the reservation payment is confirmed.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of customized or specially manufactured items:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

• Cancellation requests are only accepted within 12–22 hours after placing the order.

Approved cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total product price.
